About the Presentation
Her one-hour presentation, Communication Skills for HR Professionals, is intended for HR professionals, but it can be applicable to anyone in any role. Communication skills are at the core of successful HR management. Without being able to effectively communicate to employees and management, it’s unlikely that an HR team can meet their goals. Communication skills are essential tools for HR practitioners, whether recruiting and conducting interviews, leading new-hire orientation, or presenting recommendations to an executive team. How people communicate can build rapport, cooperation, and loyalty. Participants will learn techniques to structure their message, give clear and substantive responses to questions and challenges, and deliver essential information persuasively and memorably.
Christine Casady will work with volunteers from the audience to make them more effective communicators in a matter of minutes.
