Cessaly Hutchinson selected as Top Commercial Real Estate Agent of the Year by IAOTP

Cessaly D. Hutchinson, Realtor for AARE and CEO for Tahitian Pearl Consultants was recently selected as Top Commercial Real Estate Agent of the Year 2021 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP), for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the industry.

Inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. With over 2 decades of professional experience as a Management Consultant and Real Estate Agent, Cessaly has certainly proven herself as an expert within numerous fields. She is a dynamic, results-driven leader who has demonstrated success throughout her entire career. Currently, Cessaly serves as the CEO for Tahitian Pearl Consultants and is a Commercial Realtor for AARE in North County San Diego.

Cessaly’s impressive repertoire of past roles includes her position as a Realtor for Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, Keller Williams Realty, Inc, Metropolitan Realty and Century 21. She also worked as an Operations Manager for Allstate and Sales Associate for Legal Shield, Inc. Cessaly was a legal analyst for the State of California for the Transportation and Housing Agency and the California Department of Justice.

Her extraordinary skills include knowledge of Real Estate, Management Consulting, Law, Customer Service, Business Planning, Team Building, Human Resources, Account Management, Entrepreneurship, Policy. Technical Recruiting, Event Planning, Leadership Development, Interviews, Contract Negotiations, Sourcing and Social Networking.

Before embarking on her current career path, Cessaly attended Howard University where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in 1979. She continued her studies at Georgetown University Law Center and acquired her Juris Doctorate in Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law in 1982. Cessaly received her Master of Business Administration from Liberty College in 2017 and has followed a passion of hers by enrolling in several Art and Architecture courses.

Throughout her illustrious career, Cessaly has received many awards, accolades and has been recognized nationwide for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. This year she will be considered for a feature article in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine and will be honored at IAOTP’s Annual Awards Gala as their Top Commercial Real Estate Agent of the Year. Next year she will be considered for IAOTP’s Empowered Woman Award. Her past merits include the honors of being listed as a Who’s Who Awardee, she received many Outstanding Community Service Awards one from the San Francisco Lawyers’ Committee for Urban Affairs, another from The Resource & Support Council and also Volunteers for Oakland.

In addition to her thriving career, Cessaly is a sought-after writer who has published articles devoted to Fencing which is another passion she has enjoyed over the course of her career. She has written articles on the International Treaty for Women and California’s Proposition 209. Cessaly has shared her knowledge as an Adjunct Professor for the College of Southern Nevada and taught Land Surveying as an Engineering Instructor.

Cessaly also belongs to many prestigious organizations such as National Alliance for Family Court Justices, Pennsylvania Real Estate Salespersons, Black Advisory Committee for the State fo California Department of Transportation, Association of Humanitarian Lawyers, San Francisco’s Lawyers Committee for Urban Affairs, Georgetown University Black Law Students Association, Sacramento Voter Education and Registration Program, Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors and Kids Safe Now.
