CertNexus is honored to announce that their CyberSec First Responder® (CFR-410) and Cyber Secure Coder (CSC-210) certification programs have been approved for use in the DoDD 8140, validating that these programs justify that a person is qualified for specific work roles in alignment with the Cyber Strategy as defined by the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF).
“We are extremely proud to be among the very first programs approved for use in DoDD 8140,” said Bill Rosenthal, CEO of CertNexus and Logical Operations. “This is a painstaking and meticulous process, and the fact that we are first-to-market reflects the CertNexus team’s commitment to adhere to exceptional quality as blueprinted in the nationally and internationally recognized ANAB ISO/IEC 17024:2012 standard. Every CertNexus program, whether being considered for future approval or not, follows this standard to ensure a level of consistent excellence.”
The DoDD 8140 provides guidance and procedures for the training, certification, and management of all government employees and government contractors who conduct Information Assurance competencies aligned with DCWF work roles. The two CertNexus certification programs approved align as follows:
