Centenal Tax Group today announced the acquisition of four additional bookkeeping and tax preparation firms located throughout California. The company acquired the practices to expand services to customers and help them with their personal and business financial needs. The firms acquired by Centenal include:

• Douglass, Mischley & Associates of Elk Grove
• Anderson, Lynn & Associates of Fullerton
• Village Tax and Financial Services of Huntington Beach
• HB Tax Group of Huntington Beach

Centenal provides continuity for customers and staff with the acquired firms and enables longtime business owners to step back or retire. It also allows for synergy with the offices sharing resources and expertise within the same firm so the Centenal team can continue to provide quality services to its customers.

The company expects to prepare over 4,000 tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, fiduciaries, and exempt organizations in the coming tax season.
