iGMS, a popular vacation rental software solution for professional hosts that was recently included in Capterra’s Top 20 hospitality property management software list, has designed a special low-season offer for its new users. iGMS is the first vacation rental software company to have introduced this type of pricing plan. In addition to their Free and PRO plans, iGMS now offers a Flexible pricing plan that allows hosts to pay only for actual reservations.
Launched in 2015 by fellow hosts, iGMS has already helped thousands of hosts from around the world. Their software empowers users to manage bookings, guest communication, cleanings, and day-to-day tasks much more efficiently.
While vacation rental solutions provide capabilities that allow hosts to streamline multiple processes and concentrate more on scaling their business, the low season is not the best time to invest in new tools. In most cases, the low season means a significant decrease in reservations and revenue. The latest data shows that the short-term rental industry occupancy rate has dropped by 64.2% since the beginning of the low season.
The major advantage of the new plan is that it gives access to the full package of professional features for hosts within the PRO subscription plan at a rate of only $1 per booked night. Hosts will get all the tools to optimize their routine tasks while paying only a fixed amount per reservation. This means they will be able to improve their response rate, grow the number of guest reviews, and synchronize reservations across multiple platforms to mention only a few features.
Ivan Levchenko, CEO and co-founder of iGMS, is excited about the new pricing plan, explaining, “Keeping your property filled with guests takes indeed more effort during the low season. But investing in professional tools, especially when bookings come slowly, can be a real challenge. Our aim with this new pricing plan is to make it easier for hosts to access these tools they need to achieve seamless guest management and drastically increase the occupancy rate.”
At the end of the year, it is a great Christmas gift for many hosts who are trying to optimize their daily routine and not spend a fortune. The plan has already become quite popular with iGMS users.
The Canadian company is keen on continuously introducing innovation to its users. Earlier in the year, iGMS had also rebranded. With the launch of integrations with HomeAway/Vrbo and enhancements to its tools iGMS significantly extended its capabilities.
Also, this year iGMS made it to Capterra’s Top 20 hospitality property management software list. The report takes into account the “overall” user rating from reviews in the last twelve months, and the core hospitality property management functionality.
Building on their achievements in 2019, there are also even more plans for 2020. They include a much-anticipated new integration with Booking.com (planned for Q1 of 2020). iGMS is also working on enhancing their API to help grow partnerships which will give the most benefit for vacation rental managers.
It looks as though iGMS will continue to innovate and help hosts grow their short-term rental businesses in the new year to come. For more information about iGMS, visit the company website here.
