Break Fast & Launch, the nation’s first culinary business accelerator, is now accepting applications for their upcoming cohort; beverage makers and sellers. Anything from beer to bubble tea is accepted in this one-of-a-kind accelerator, and businesses from all stages of development are encouraged to apply.
The Break Fast & Launch program, powered by Café Commerce, helps culinary entrepreneurs bridge the gap between startup and sustainable. Help is provided for all areas of business; accounting, marketing, real estate and business plan creation. Chosen applicants are partnered with experienced mentors who provide guidance throughout the cohort’s 3-month run, and participants have the opportunity to work alongside fellow, culinary entrepreneurs to better their chances of success.
The accelerator, which launched in January, 2015, consists of three, distinct culinary cohorts, the second of these focusing on beverage startups and entrepreneurs. “New craft beers come out every month, cold press and raw juices are becoming more popular, and coffee shops are not limited to just Starbucks,” states Ryan Salts, Director of Break Fast & Launch. “Opportunity is abound. We want to make sure that the products delivered from these ideas are sustainably set for growth.”
Those in the beverage industry interested in applying can do so at BreakFastLaunch.com. Deadline for applications is April 22, 2015. The beverage cohort begins in May.
