BOSS’ SMSF Outsourcing Admin & Auditing Packages Seduce Accounting Firms

With many years under their belts in the SMSF outsourcing arena BOSS has had plenty of time and working experience to understand what accounting firms and financial planners want. Now in their 14th-year BOSS can say they have successfully streamlined the SMSF process so a firm’s only task is to look after their own client relationship and pass on their data for BOSS to take care of the rest. Not only will BOSS prepare a draft tax return (and lodge it as well if that is the client’s desire), member statements, draft letters to their clients, handle the minutes, pension calculations and audit reports (completed by an independent auditor), but also organise white label financial statements. Clients can also brand all of the documents provided for the admin work allowing firms to take credit for all the work done and they don’t even have to own any SMSF software now in order to have their administration and audit work done or to make profit. There are three SMSF outsourcing packages to choose from, small, medium and large with an SMSF admin processing time up to 8 hours, 15 hours and 25 hours respectively, to make sure every sized client has been taken care of. The service is offered on a casual basis so there are no minimum hours to be concerned with and there are no time limits therefore work can be sent whenever clients receive the work taking the pressure out of deadlines. In the past, clients would have to send their accounting outsourcing provider the work for them to prepare the financials and work papers. The accounting firm or financial planners would normally prepare their own letters relating to pensions, contributions and future plans, then have a separate firm do the actual audit report. With the updated and simplified packages, all of these processes are taken care of by BOSS with the audit process being done by a separate auditor (but the whole process is overseen by BOSS).
