This brand new West-End show pays tribute to some of the best female singers of all time. Producer and director Adrian Grant has been planning this musical for years, however his plans were put on hold when his first production ‘Thriller Live’ became an incredible success. Now he has finally found the time to put his ideas into practise.

‘Respect La Diva’ is a production created by some of the talent behind ‘Thriller Live’ and is hosted by the ‘X Factor’s’ Andy Abrahams. The show is 2 hours long and features over 30 songs, so a non-stop performance of singing and dancing can be expected. Aside from the interval of course.

The singers skilled enough to take on these powerful diva classics include Sheila Ferguson from The Three Degrees, Katy Setterfield who won BBC’s ‘The One and Only’, Zoe Birkett from ‘Pop Idol’ and Denise Pearson from 80’s R’n’B group Five Star. Some of the favourites that can be expected are Whitney Houston’s ‘I Wanna Dance with Somebody’ and ‘River Deep Mountain High’ by Tina Turner.

The show’s opening night is 8th September 2011 but it is only on for three weeks so make sure you book your theatre breaks soon.
