Strategic consulting company, Blue Ocean Global Technology, joins forces with Capital Expert Services, LLC, to expand economic analysis and M&A valuation capabilities.

Blue Ocean Global Technology(“Blue Ocean”), a leading New York-based provider of litigation consulting, online reputation management, and technology development services is pleased to announce its majority interest acquisition of Capital Expert Services, LLC (“CapEx”), an established provider of economic analysis, M&A valuation, and expert witness services for complex business litigation.
CapEx founding principal Dr. Alexandra R. Lajoux, who was recently named to the NACD 2024 Directorship 100, will retain
material equity interest in the company. Her focus will shift to accelerating the company’s economic consulting and M&A valuation advisory verticals. “We are fortunate to welcome Dr. Lajoux to our leadership team.
