After hugely successful events in London and Berlin, Blockchain Expo, the world’s largest Blockchain conference & exhibition, is making its debut in Silicon Valley, taking to Santa Clara Convention Center on 29 & 30 November 2017.
Co-located with sister events IoT Tech Expo and AI Expo, the event is expecting to draw around 10,000 delegates across the two days, making it a fantastic opportunity for networking and learning about technologies on the cusp of disruption.
Free ticket holders are invited to attend two conference tracks – Developing Blockchain Applications, where VCs and investors will be exploring the start-up landscape; and Blockchain Technologies, covering highlights of Blockchain so far, and looking forward to what’s to come. Alongside the speaker line-up, delegates are invited to explore the exhibition hall, where the likes of IBM, Intuit, Oracle and Bluetooth are exhibiting.
In addition, paid ticket holders are also able to access an additional three conference tracks – ICO & Cryptofinance, discussing the rise of cryptocurrencies, and defining your ICO; Blockchain for Enterprise, exploring the potential for blockchain for businesses across multiple industries; and Transforming Financial Services, covering the implications of blockchain for FS infrastructure and the end user experience.
Among the confirmed line-up for paid ticket holders is Maja Vujinovic, Chief Innovation Officer at General Electric, discussing how GE innovates at speed to maximise the potential of blockchain; a panel exploring blockchain within the healthcare industry, featuring Katherine Merton, Director of Disruptive Innovation and Strategy at Pfizer, Felix Kaechele of Bayer, and Diego Espinoza, CEO of Healthcoin; and a keynote of how to bring distributed ledger technology to life, by Charley Cooper, Head of External Affairs at R3.
