Bellion Spirits Chief Financial Officer Ian Bress Appointed Managing Partner

Bellion Spirits announced recently that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Ian Bress has assumed the role of Managing Partner at the functional alcohol beverages company. Bellion Spirits produces Bellion Vodka with NTX, a proprietary blend of Glycyrrhizin (extract of licorice root), Mannitol and Potassium Sorbate.

Bress joined Bellion after recently serving as the CFO at Net@Work a New York City-based technology leader and one of the largest Sage USA resellers in North America. Mr. Bress was also formerly CFO of publicly traded Grubb & Ellis Company, a national commercial real estate services firm. There he led the launch of a Capital Markets expertise, which became the Financial Services Group and succeeded in gaining institutional marketplace business, adding key competitive advantage to the $3.5 billion Investment Sales transaction business.

Having worked with start-ups, private equity backed entities and publicly held companies, Bress has extensive expertise working with constituents in the institutional investment community on debt, equity and capitalization strategies. He has succeeded in leading numerous acquisitions and has created enterprise valuation appreciation in various industries.

In addition to his CFO duties, Mr. Bress will be vital in handling the day to day activities of Bellion Spirits as it expands globally and launches new sprit categories leveraging the NTX Technology. Bress will oversee the “Functional Spirit” and continuing innovation business strategy as well as leading the Company’s financing and overall capitalization.

Bress began his career at a CPA firm he co-founded, before seeding a web-based healthcare technology company, HealthFusion, an electronic health record processing company.
