Bear Equities Expands Portfolio with Acquisition of Premier Retail Property in Fort Worth, TX

Bear Equities, a Dallas-based investment firm, announced today that it acquired the fee simple interest in a single tenant net leased property in Fort Worth, TX.  The property is currently 100% occupied by AutoZone (NYSE: AZO) under a long-term absolute triple-net ground lease. This acquisition marks the 30th strategic acquisition by Bear Equities in the last few years.

The single-tenant retail property was purchased from out-of-state investors. Bear Equities closed on the property on an all-cash basis.
