Industry: Entertainment & Games
Barbizon alum, Nikayla Novak, climbing the A-list and rapidly becoming a designer favorite.
New York (PRUnderground) February 18th, 2014
Repeating her success from last year, Barbizon graduate, Nikayla Novak, dazzled the runway this year at New York Fashion Week.
Being picked up again for Ralph Lauren, Novak walked for the iconic designer’s Fall 2014 Ready to Wear Collection. The 16-year old from Wisconsin sites Ralph Lauren as one of her favorite designers and felt honored to model a dress for him. While walking for Ralph was one of her favorite experiences, Novak also considers shooting with A&F/Hollister photographer Bruce Weber a dream come true.
Novak was scouted by Barbizon scouts in Florida. Her path lead her to Barbizon competition in Boston where she received numerous awards and signed with W Model Management. Since, her career has taken her across the country though she still considers herself a smalltown girl with an interest in the amicable nature of her home in Wisconsin.
Nikayla Novak is represented by DNA Models, Factor-Women-Chicago and W Model Management.
