Author Ben Vosmek releases his first book about life at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, America’s #1 Undergraduate Engineering School, and as a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. The book is available starting 12/9/2019 on Amazon and Barnes and Noble as an Ebook.
A college experience like no other, with maids, fire trucks, and a few near death experiences. Join the author on his journey through life at Rose-Hulman where he learned more than just physics and equations. During his time at school, he became a member of one of the US’s largest college fraternities, Pi Kappa Alpha (Pike), whose (un)official mascot was a fire truck. You’ll read about filling an RA’s car with taco sauce packets, the author building a jet engine and a brother accidentally running over a car with a fire truck. You won’t read about scandals or debauchery. Instead you’ll learn how a group of men build one another up and have good clean fun along the way.
Ben Vosmek earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and holds a Professional Engineering License in the State of Illinois. Currently, in his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and living a quiet life. He currently is a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer working with robotic welding and aircraft inspection equipment.
