The Parkview townhome is a contemporary design that effortlessly blends style and functionality, making it an ideal choice for narrow lots. Its thoughtfully designed exterior features clean lines, with the right and rear sides forming a neat rectangle, while the left and front add visual interest through a porch, patio, balcony, and dynamic cantilevered rooflines.
At the front of the home, stacked vertical windows create a stunning focal point, flooding the entry and stairwell with natural light. Just beyond the front door, the bright stairway, a convenient powder room, and a coat closet welcome you before opening into the expansive main living space.
The living and dining areas share an open layout. A sleek gas fireplace is tucked into one corner, adding warmth and coziness to the living room.
