With close to 20 years of professional experience as a passionate and talented Managing Partner of Property Halo Development (PHD), Aron Lofton has certainly proven himself as accomplished and he is an expert in the field. PHD, is a raw land development company that has successfully created a new development portfolio of $350 million in four years.

Mr. Lofton is a dynamic, results-driven leader who has additionally maintained an extremely successful multifamily and general/commercial contracting company named THD (Texas Home Design) Partners LLC. This company builds new construction through PHD and repositions existing properties across Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.

Aron’s multi-million-dollar career in the construction and development industries have led to his most current focus of raising equity and cultivating new development deals. He has extraordinary proficiency of construction and design services for commercial and residential properties. Mr. Lofton provides profitable projects that enrich the communities in which he works.

Furthermore, Aron has partnered THD with Wildhorn Capital of Austin, Texas, led by Mr. Reed Goossens and Mr. Andrew Campbell. They manage more than $600 million in multifamily assets and keep all construction services in partnership.

Mr. Lofton’s extensive skill set includes the new construction and re-positioning of Medical Facilities and Residential Home Improvement, Commercial and Multifamily Construction. He is well-versed in New Business Development, Architectural Design, Construction Management, Budgeting, Marketing, Sales, Green Building, Negotiation, Concrete, Painting, Flooring, Carpentry, Framing, and Roofing. He oversees the executive teams and the construction and roofing divisions of his companies.

Before embarking on his professional career path, Mr. Lofton attended Oklahoma State University and earned his bachelor’s degree in biomechanics. Mr. Lofton became a professional mixed martial artist where he exceled for 6 years.  He is recognized a one of the top light heavy-weight fighters of the world.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Lofton has received awards, accolades and has been recognized worldwide for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the general contracting industry. This year he will be considered for a feature article in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine, and he will be considered for the Business Innovator of the Year award given by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). Mr. Lofton was recently featured in the Top100 Magazine, and he will be featured in Forbes Magazine in February.

Mr. Lofton is an active member of his community and donates his time and talent to Roy Maas Youth Academy and to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
