How it all started?

Antoine obtained a Diploma of Higher Specialized Studies (DESS) in computer science and a mention of excellence at the undergraduate level at the University of Montreal.

“In 2011, I obtained the title of accredited real estate investor issued by the Club of Real Estate Investors of Quebec (CIIQ), and in 2013, I obtained the mortgage brokerage license,” he says.

His excellent reputation among his clients and knowledge in the industry helped him become the leader of the Feghali team, which consists of 15 mortgage brokers. They deal with all types of transactions: prequalification, purchase, renewal, or refinance but mainly specialize in residential mortgage loans, up to 8 units. They combine their experience and knowledge in the field to make the impossible, possible.

“Each broker has their niche; from first time home buyers to people with credit problems, to business for self, to 1 million-plus property owners and small plex investors. Our goal is to always benefit our clients. We look at all possible options/scenarios for them that are altered according to their financial situation,” he says.

Community involvement:

Antoine and his team believe in giving back to the community. “I have been committed to serving the community since I was young. In 2015, I was a founding member of the LIONS Laval Espoir club and, in 2017, a founding member of the LIONS Laval Renaissance Club, whose mission is to support many of the most disadvantaged in our society,” he says.

He served as the president of the LIONS Laval Renaissance Club from 2019 to 2020. And he always gave his best to keep the promise of being of service to the community for the three following missions of the Club: children with autism, Alzheimers, and childhood cancer.

“In view of my professional and personal background, I have a great interest in communication, sharing and continuing education, which are at the heart of my development,” he says.
