Air Force Veteran Launches SLIK Crowdfunding Campaign for Ultimate Lubricant, Solvent

United States Air Force veteran Jerry Dalzell has announced the launch of a crowdfunding campaign for SLIK, an all-natural, non-toxic lubricant that has been developed by Dalzell to perform infallibly in the most extenuating circumstances.

SLIK has been designed for application on any metal moving part, but it also acts as a powerful waterproofing agent, rust preventative, brake dust cleaner, permanent marker remover, gun cleaner and lubricant, and solvent for kitchen deep-cleaning. The water-resistant lubricant provides a solid, reliable coating that can last through water submersion and exposure to saltwater. Tested by military members and veterans, SLIK has proven to work when it matters the most – in times when moving parts, such as those found in weapons, must be relied upon. The lubricant has already gained favoritism from many of its users. One person said about SLIK, “I tested it against other cleaners and lubricants, and this worked better and faster.” One military official commented, “The potential for SLIK is massive. I would like to continue testing it in other departments as well.”

There will be three varieties of SLIK available once production starts. Consumers will be able to select from a lubricant, solvent, and CLP, or a combination of the two. In addition, SLIK will be available in a convenient travel kit that includes accessories such as a nylon brush and cotton swabs.

Dalzell launched the Kickstarter campaign for SLIK in mid-February with a goal of $500. The campaign has exceeded this goal and is now working to stretching to raise $2,000. Production is slated to begin in March 2015, which will include three SLIK products: the lubricant, solvent, and CLP. Dalzell is proud to offer an all-natural, non-toxic, American made lubricant, cleaner, and rust preventative that outperforms other similar products. The first SLIK packages will be shipped to pledgers of the Kickstarter campaign. Pledgers are receiving SLIK travel kits, 2-8 oz. containers of SLIK, and more. Dalzell also is excited to continue the SLIK Kickstarter campaign because crowdfunding has proven to be a successful platform for product promotion.
