Real Estate Celebrities Reveal Their Proven House Flipping Formula in Free Upcoming Seminars

The Flipping Formula, an educational program that teaches individuals how to build a real estate investing business, is holding several introductory training seminars in upstate New York. The program was created by Peter Souhleris and Dave Seymour, the stars of A&E’s hit house flipping show Flipping Boston, and is based on the strategies they used to build their successful real estate business.
Pete and Dave built their real estate investing business during one of the worst housing markets in U.S. history. Their success is built upon their unique house flipping formula. “When others are afraid to buy, we know its the best time to enter the market,” said Peter Souhleris. “We don’t purchase homes using traditional lines of credit; our lenders fund the deal. You buy the house no one wants and turn it into the best house on the block. Even in undervalued markets, investors can profit.”
Highlights of The Flipping Formula seminar include: 1) How to identify profitable real estate deals, 2) Steps to securing funding without using traditional credit sources, and 3) A variety of investing options to create stable, consistent income.
Five Flipping Formula Seminars will be conducted in upstate New York. The Flipping Formula team will be giving away a limited number of free seminar passes to early registrants.
