Looking for a unique home plan that is bright and cheery? Look no further than the Summerdale house plan. This two story design is embellished with Mediterranean style making each day feel as an escape to a bright and exotic locale. Bold stone columns draw your attention to the covered porch and front door while built in planters add splashes of color.
Inside the foyer is open and spacious. A small den is immediately to your left and would make an ideal home office with its proximity to the front door. The foyer transitions seamlessly to the 2-story formal living room with cozy fireplace to keep the home bright even when days grown darker and shorter. At the back of the living room, the floor plan transitions to informal space – a great room fills the back right corner of the Summerdale. The mix of formal and informal allows the Summerdale to accommodate a range of entertaining styles. The kitchen is well-appointed and offers ample counter space. A walk-in pantry is just steps away along with access to the main floor laundry room and attached two car garage.
