Telos Gifting spent 2021 focused on process improvements, which yielded another record year. In 2020, Telos grew by 225% over 2019. Telos Gifting is proud to say that this year revenues grew by 265% over 2020. The Telos Gifting team continues to expand as well, and this year grew by nearly 50%. The team now totals 69 employees plus over 15 contractors.
Telos expanded their high secure on demand Visa and Mastercard gift card and reward card fulfillment center, adding an additional 3,000 sq ft.
Additionally, GiftYa now has over 35,000 local merchants that users can select from across the USA. Similar to 2020, the top selling gift cards of 2021 were Visa®, Walmart, Mastercard®, Amazon, Starbucks, Sam’s Club, Target, and Dunkin’. There was a notable decrease in popularity of in-person dining gifts, likely a result of the pandemic. Instead, consumers in 2021 favored options with larger to-go and drive thru footprints as well as meal delivery services. Consumers also favored membership warehouse club gift options. As the pandemic surge continued, there was also an increase in popularity of pharmacy and wellness gifts.
Telos Gifting looks ahead to 2022 with the vision and goal of continuing this growth in both the business and the team and anticipates over 100% growth in 2022 over 2021.
