Washington, DC (PRUnderground) August 12th, 2020
Cocoa for Change – Volume I is available now via Kickstarter. It features the iconic Black Lives Matter + DC Flag design from BlackMomMagic.
Cocoa for Change is a Black-owned business launched in August 2020 to bring America eye-to-eye with the reality of consumer culture. Every purchase is a choice. Every choice has effects.
Cocoa for Change offers everyone a chance to impact the world we live in. Each cocoa packet features limited edition artwork from a local artist. Dynamic aesthetics jazz up any kitchen or break room. Powerful messages motivate and inspire.
Every purchase is a promise. Proceeds benefit the artists and activists fueling today’s Civil Rights Movement.
“Cocoa for Change is a revolution in commerce,” says co-founder Antonia Allison. “So many people are over Starbucks and Amazon. Buying local, shopping black-owned businesses, supporting activist movements – people are signaling values through everyday purchases.”
The cocoa is made in the USA from the finest ingredients, striking a balance between comfort and convenience. Mix with water for a quick cup of joy, or blend with milk for a decadent experience. Then take a sip of pure satisfaction.
