3 Brothers Joseph Amos, Jonathan Amos & Malcolm Sykes to all Have MBA Degree from Same University

Three brothers devoted to getting their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees have done it or are doing it at Indiana University, pushing each other to excel.

The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University have an interesting and quite rare event occurring in their MBA program. Two Houston, Texas brothers, of different ages, are pursuing their MBA degree helping each other out along the way, with the added assistance of a third brother who already has his MBA from the program. Joseph Amos (middle brother), recently prepped his younger brother Jonathan Amos on the entrance test, which he passed with flying colors. Much the same way the oldest of the three Malcolm Sykes helped him prepare for his own entrance test previously. The entire family is overflowing with enthusiasm and making the most out of the unusual for everyone experience. Joseph and Jonathan are currently classmates.
“Our oldest brother Malcolm, inspired all of us to obtain an MBA by being the first to enter The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and show us what the possibilities were,” commented Joseph. “I was in middle school when Malcolm was in business school. I loved hearing his stories about studying abroad. Now I am studying abroad as much as possible and it’s a truly culturally enriching experience.”
Joseph is set to graduate in May 2019 with a degree focus in Business Marketing and a position waiting for him at McKesson Corporation in Dallas, Texas. Malcolm Sykes graduated in 2004 as the oldest of the three with a degree focus in Entrepreneurship and is the Founder of Private Leverage LLC, a private lending company, in Houston, Texas. Johnathan Amos, is also currently attending the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he will graduate in May 2020 with a degree focus in Consumer Marketing. Overall something quite remarkable to see three brothers attempt and accomplish in the MBA world.
It’s impossible to guess when The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University may see a similar student/family situation, but in all likelihood it won’t be very soon.
Expect nothing but the best from these three devoted businessmen and brothers in the months and years to come.
