1 Tbsp Baking Powder

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

2 Tbsp Melted butter or oil

1 Egg (or ¼ cup preferred yogurt)

1 tsp Vanilla

¼ tsp salt

¾ cup milk

Directions:

Melt butter; In large bowl whisk together the wet ingredients: Maple syrup, butter, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
